Request deletion
- Sign in to Breathroot at breathrootapp.com or in the mobile app.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Select Request account deletion and confirm the request.
If you cannot access your account, email support@breathrootapp.com from the address associated with the account. Breathroot may ask you to verify ownership before scheduling deletion.
30-day cancellation period
Deletion is scheduled for 30 days after the request. Your account remains available during this period. If you sign in before the deadline, Breathroot shows the scheduled date and asks whether you want to cancel deletion. Select “Keep my account” to cancel and restore the account to normal.
What is deleted
After the deadline, Breathroot removes the login identity, password credentials, assessment answers and results, practice and playback history, favorites, Builder sessions, session reviews, preferences, Foundations progress and journal entries, access requests and grants, and application subscription records associated with the account.
What remains
Breathroot retains an anonymized deletion-completion audit containing no usable login identity, email address, notes, or user content. Apple, Google, and other payment providers may separately retain transaction records under their policies and legal obligations.
Subscriptions
Deleting a Breathroot account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel store billing through the applicable store account before the deletion deadline.
