These Terms govern your use of Breathroot. By creating an account or using Breathroot, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Purpose of Breathroot
Breathroot provides guided hypnotherapy, guided hypnosis, breathwork, relaxation, and self-development practices. It does not provide emergency care, medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not guarantee outcomes.
Safe use
Do not use Breathroot while driving, operating machinery, supervising a safety-sensitive activity, or anywhere reduced attention could create danger. Choose a safe setting where you can stop at any time.
Consult an appropriate licensed professional before use if you have medical, psychiatric, trauma-related, seizure-related, or acute safety concerns. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis service now.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your password, and activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt media delivery, or copy or redistribute Breathroot content without permission.
Access and subscriptions
Some features may require Premium, Premium+, beta access, or an administrator grant. If app-store subscriptions are enabled, the store displays price, billing period, renewal, trial, and cancellation terms before purchase. Store subscriptions are managed through the applicable Apple or Google account. Deleting a Breathroot account does not itself cancel an app-store subscription; manage billing through the store before deletion.
Content and availability
Practices, media, recommendations, features, and access rules may change. We work to keep Breathroot available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Personalized suggestions are wellness-oriented app recommendations, not professional advice.
Account deletion
You may schedule deletion from account settings. A 30-day cancellation period applies. Details are available on the Data Deletion page.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Breathroot is provided “as is” without guarantees of a particular wellness, health, or personal result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
